feat(satellite): eigene MAC-Adresse melden + in der Diagnostic anzeigen

NET bekommt ein 'mac'-Feld (_own_mac): liest /sys/class/net des Interfaces, das
zur primaeren IP gehoert — wichtig, weil sonst die Docker-Bridge-MAC (02:42:...)
statt der echten Karte kaeme. Fallback uuid.getnode(). Wird ueber sat_hello.net
mitgeschickt (Server reicht net bereits durch) und in der Satelliten-Zeile hinter
der IP angezeigt; auch im Startup-Log.
