duffyduck c93086059d chore: Build-Artefakte und node_modules aus Tracking entfernen ... - backend/dist, backend/node_modules aus Git-Tracking entfernt (waren bereits in .gitignore) - frontend/dist, frontend/node_modules ebenfalls entfernt - Neue frontend/.gitignore erstellt (fehlte komplett) Die Dateien bleiben lokal erhalten und werden durch npm install + build regeneriert.
