feat: Session export as markdown in Diagnostic

- ⬇ Button per Session-Zeile — exportiert auch inaktive Sessions
- Server parst JSONL, extrahiert User/Assistant-Nachrichten mit Timestamp
- Metadata-Prefix wird entfernt, Markdown mit # Session-Header generiert
- Browser-Download via Blob + download-Attribut
