fix: XTTS command nutzt python3 statt python

Image hat nur /usr/bin/python3, kein 'python'-Symlink.
Vorher ging's weil kein command override — das Image-Default CMD
lief durch. Wir ueberschreiben nur damit wir -ms local setzen koennen.
